Boreal Conferences, operating under Academic Publishing House LLC, is committed to protecting the privacy of authors, reviewers, and site visitors, in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and general international best practices consistent with the GDPR.

Use of Personal Information

Names, affiliations, and email addresses collected during submission are used solely for editorial and publication purposes, including peer review coordination, DOI registration, certificate issuance, and correspondence regarding a manuscript. This information is never sold and is not shared with third parties beyond what is operationally necessary, such as DOI registration agencies and scholarly indexing services.

Data Access and Erasure

Authors and site users may request access to the personal information held about them, or request its correction or erasure, subject to legal and archival obligations (for example, published articles and their associated metadata must generally be retained for the integrity of the scholarly record). Requests should be directed to the Editorial Office.
