Article Processing Charges

Boreal Conferences operates on a transparent, author-facing Article Processing Charge (APC) model, applied only upon acceptance of a manuscript.

Current Fee

The Article Processing Charge is currently set at USD 15 per accepted article. This fee is payable only after a manuscript has successfully passed peer review and been accepted for publication.

What the Fee Covers

Editorial handling and coordination of the peer review process
DOI registration for the published article
Issuance of the author certificate with QR-code verification
Long-term digital archiving and preservation

No Submission Fee

There is no fee to submit a manuscript for review. Charges apply only upon acceptance.

Fee Waivers

Boreal Conferences recognizes that the APC may present a barrier for some researchers. Fee waivers are available on a case-by-case basis for corresponding authors affiliated with institutions in low-income countries. Authors seeking a waiver should contact the Editorial Office before submission to discuss eligibility.
